Strategic Planning

Why do well-planned, intelligent, and focused strategies sometimes not yield the anticipated and hoped for results?  In some situations, it is because assumptions were made that were not founded on evidence-based data.  Heartfelt, intuitive assumptions about a situation can be tricky; sometimes they are accurate and sometimes not.  It is for this reason, that Tedi strongly believes in conducting a systematic, qualitative assessment of the situation to test assumptions before creating strategies.

As a strategic planner for your educational institution, Tedi draws on her experience as a corporate consultant and her many years as a classroom teacher and trainer of teachers and parents, to map out a program implementation plan for social and emotional learning that meets the needs of all stakeholders. Tedi’s astute analyses and her empathic interpersonal skills enable her to create strategies that successfully build an effective social and emotional learning environment that will produce the desired results.
